The Agreement came as a result of the need for more efficient and rational implementation of tasks and duties established by the Law on Chambers of Commerce, as well as for the improvement of mutual cooperation in order to contribute to the full development of members and the entire economy of the region in which the acting parties of the agreement operate.

The Agreement will allow members to use the Chambers system in the most complete possible way to satisfy their needs for improvement of mutual relations, as well as the realization of national interests and foreign markets.

Objectives of the Agreement are to improve cooperation between the Parties and their members, providing conditions for cooperation, encouragement, strengthening and improvement of mutual relations, joint appearance at fairs and exchange of knowledge and experience.In order to control implementation of the Agreement and the activities undertaken,

Parties agreed to form an Agreement Commission monitoring the realization of the Agreement, which shall meet at least once a year and authorities will submit an annual report on the realization of the Agreement and their results.
